2022 GRACI Research Grant Guidelines for Applicants and Grant Application
The GRACI foundation is pleased to announce that applications are open for the 2022 annual grant round. We welcome applications from researchers residing in New Zealand (NZ) and affiliated to a NZ research organisation or healthcare provider, and who are involved in gynaecological cancer research in.
Grants will be available to any researcher residing in NZ and affiliated to a NZ research organisation or healthcare provider. Grants will be awarded to support New Zealand research in gynaecological cancer in accordance with the documented goals of the GRACI foundation.

Grants will be available to any researcher residing in NZ and affiliated to a NZ research organisation or healthcare provider. Grants will be awarded to support New Zealand research in gynaecological cancer in accordance with the documented goals of the GRACI foundation.
- To improve outcomes for New Zealand women with gynaecological cancer
- To support infrastructure for clinical research into the treatment or prevention of gynaecological
cancer in New Zealand women. - To support the research of New Zealand researchers in the field of gynaecological cancer.
- To promote the conduct of new research in the field of gynaecological cancer.
In 2022 there are four grants available:
- Any gynaecological cancer research grant - $30,000.00 Grant Ref: GRACI2201
- Ovarian cancer research Grant - $20,000.00 – in conjunction with COOC - Grant Ref: COOC/GRACI2202
- Ovarian cancer research Grant - $20,000.00 – in conjunction with COOC - Grant Ref: COOC/GRACI2203
- Low -grade serous ovarian cancer research Grant - $20,000.00 – in conjunction with COOC - Grant Ref: COOC/GRACI2204
Awarding of grants:
- Applicants are able to apply for any of the grants available.
- All applications will be reviewed, assessed and scored by independent reviewers selected by GRACI.
- The final decision regarding the awarding of the Grants will lie with the Board of GRACI.

- Close: Monday 13th June 2022 at 1700
- Grants will be awarded and announced publicly on GRACI website by: Monday 10th October 2022
